Your £30 consultation fee is payable at the time of booking and is fully redeemable against treatment. If you choose not to proceed, do not attend, or give less than two working days' notice to rearrange your appointment, the consultation fee is non-refundable. With a minimum of two working days' notice, the fee can be transferred to your new appointment.
